Randy's Ring & Pinion sets a priority on being responsive to the needs of its employees and realizes the continued importance of providing comprehensive and flexible benefits. Randy's Ring & Pinion offers its employees the following benefits:
Regular full-time employees are eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following 90 calendar days. We offer employees and their dependents a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plan through Regence Blue Shield. The Innova Preferred Provider Plan (PPO) allows our employees to see any Preferred Provider without a physician referral.
Dental coverage, including orthodontia, is provided through MetLife. This plan provides freedom to select the dentist of your choice and encourages employees and their families to access in-network dentists by providing a higher reimbursement level for preventive services. All employees who enroll in medical or dental plans have their premiums deducted on a pre-tax basis.
All full time employees age 18 or older may participate in the plan following 90 days of employment. Participants in the plan will receive company matching dollars at 50% of the first 6% of compensation deferred. The company match is on a graduated 5 year vesting schedule. Regular full time employees begin accruing Vacation Pay on their hire date, and are eligible to use their accrued Vacation Pay after 90 calendar days.
Eligible employees accrue vacation on the following schedule:
1-2 years: 80 hours
2-4 years: 120 hours
5-9 years: 160 hours
10+ years: 200 hours
Randy’s Ring & Pinion provides up to 4 personal days to regular full-time employees. Personal days are “floating” holidays that must be taken within the calendar year. New employees may begin to use their PTO after 90 calendar days.
Regular full-time employees are eligible to purchase a subsidized COSTCO membership following 90 days of employment.
We offer 7 paid holidays per calendar year. Non-exempt employees are eligible to be compensated for holidays after 90 calendar days.
Randy’s Ring & Pinion will provide up to $2000.00 annually for educational reimbursement for employees who are taking education courses and seminars to improve themselves in their work. To qualify, employees must be employed on a regular full-time basis, and have worked for Randy’s Ring & Pinion for at least 12 consecutive months.
