| This position: Directs and provides professional Human Resource assistance in the areas of compensation, recruitment, selection, affirmative action, diversity, staff and leadership development/training, employee recognition and motivation, and workplace safety. Designs and implements Human Resource policies, programs, and procedures that cover all functional areas of our company. Is responsible for the day-to-day administration and completion of routine and technical Human Resource functions. |

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR leadership, planning and execution of HR solutions for current and future business needs.
• Define the human resources goals and objectives in conjunction with the President.
• Work with the President and CEO in strategic and tactical management planning.
• Develop company polices and objectives.
• Define staffing plans in conjunction with the Management Team.
• Develop and implement strategy for recruiting top caliber employees.
• Lead talent management initiatives to ensure identification and development of high potentials and bench strength.
• Oversee organizational development, employee relations and communications, benefits, and HRIS.
• May serve as a trustee, plan administrator, and fiduciary for certain benefit programs.
• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources.
• Partner with facilities management to guarantee a safe and secure working environment and maintain compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) standards.
• Coordinate and maintain other company insurances such as workers compensation, unemployment, etc.
• Create vision for training programs which will help to continually improve productivity and growth development throughout the company.

Job Requirements:

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook and Powerpoint.
•Experience with multiple State employment laws preferred (WA, CA, TN)
SPHR Certification preferred.
•ADP Payroll and ADI timekeeping experience preferred.

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years' Human Resources leadership and management experience.
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification required.
$80,000-$140,000 DOE |
